Ice Cube Trays

Our silicone ice cube trays are made from 100% food-grade silicone — BPA-free and completely safe in contact with food and drink. Unlike rigid plastic trays, flexible silicone lets you release cubes with a gentle push: no twisting, no cracking, no shattered trays. Choose from sculptural shapes like our Matrix and Diamond designs to elevate everything from an iced coffee to a whisky served neat. Every tray handles temperatures from −40°C to +230°C, so the same tray that lives in your freezer can sterilise in boiling water or the dishwasher. The non-stick surface releases cleanly and doesn't absorb odours the way plastic does, keeping your ice tasting like ice. Fill with water, fruit juice, coffee, herbs in oil or leftover stock — silicone's flexibility makes it just as good for batch-freezing ingredients as for entertaining.
